Come funziona "Taharrush Jam’i" lo stupro di gruppo di capodanno a Milano

Riporto il post di Maryan Ismail, antropologa italo-somala presidente dell’ associazione Unione Islamica Italiana perchè spiega molto bene quello che è accaduto a Milano la notte di Capodanno a 9 ragazze in piazza Duomo, in mezzo alla folla e davanti alla polizia.
Come ci sono riusciti senza essere visti e fermati? Si tratta di una tecnica ben conosciuta e collaudata, già usata in altre città europee come a Colonia qualche anno fa.

“Così come ci siamo giustamente allarmate e indignate per la pacca sul sedere in diretta alla giornalista Greta Beccaglia, altrettanta e ancor più forte preoccupazione desta quello che è accaduto in piazza del Duomo nella notte di Capodanno.

Guardando i video  che girano nel web si evince che si trattavano di vere  Taharrush Jama’i (assalti e aggressioni sessuali).
Le vittime sarebbero almeno 9 e i presunti aggressori indagati sono giovani e giovanissimi  ragazzi stranieri e italiani con i genitori di origine nordafricana. Non è un caso che i video girano nei social di lingua araba. Qualora fossero responsabili non dovranno avere attenuanti culturali, ma essere giudicati per violenza sessuale di gruppo.

Per comprendere che si è trattato di Taharrush Jam’i bisogna sapere come si svolgono le aggressioni. Le vittime, come in altri casi precedenti, sono state isolate e assalite con azioni precise, che prevede la formazione di 3 cerchi stretti di uomini e/o ragazzi.
Il primo è quello che violenta fisicamente la ragazza. Il secondo cerchio filma, fotografa e si gode lo spettacolo, infine il terzo cerchio distrae la folla vicina con urla e rumori per non far comprendere cosa accade.
Il compito più odioso è svolto da uno o due maschi del primo cerchio che si fingono “protettori e salvatori” e che rassicurano la vittima convincendola  che sono lì per aiutarla (nel video con le ragazze tedesche si notano due giovani che “cercano” di spingerle fuori dalle transenne), ma che poi essi stessi partecipano attivamente alla violenza di gruppo. La tecnica di protezione ha lo scopo di disorientare la ragazza e  di spezzarne la resistenza perché non sa più di chi fidarsi. Patisce  così anche un ulteriore e drammatico supplizio di tipo psicologico.

E’ bene sapere che la vittima subisce palpeggiamenti, svestimenti, percosse, morsi, penetrazioni digitali o di corpi estranei e se ci sono condizioni di tempo, violenza sessuale vera e propria.

Il fenomeno è esploso in Egitto nel 2011 durante la caduta di Mubarak ed è stato ben documentato dalla giornalista della CBS Lara Logan, vittima di un assalto in Piazza Tahrir mentre svolgeva un servizio televisivo.

Da allora anche se con molta difficoltà sono state raccolte altre testimonianze di vittime e si sono messe in atto una serie di precauzioni e  di tutela per le donne che possono essere esposte a violenza di gruppo in circostanze di eventi pubblici, raduni, concerti o feste religiose.

Nessuna è al sicuro. Vengono assalite donne con o senza il velo, di qualsiasi religione o provenienza e di tutte le età (dai 7 ai 70).

Nel mondo arabo islamico il problema viene affrontato a tutti i livelli, senza nascondere che è specificamente culturale. Trattasi di ulteriori forme di devianza misogina, patriarcale e maschilista.
Il senso di questa specifica violenza di genere è il dominio e il controllo sulle donne, Sono aspetti che non si nascondono o si giustificano.
Ora questo terribile fenomeno sbarca in Europa e non solo (si sono registrati casi in India, Pakistan, Indonesia ecc).

Lo abbiamo visto accadere a  Colonia e all’inizio dell’anno ha sfregiato anche la nostra Milano e le sue cittadine.
Affrontare questa nuova forma di violenza senza sminuirne l’importanza e la specificità per  paura di passare per islamofobici o razzisti è urgente e necessario per la sicurezza di noi tutte.
Sarà utile mettere da parte le ideologie del caso e lavorare tutti insieme. Forze dell’ordine, istituzioni e famiglie.

Non vi è bisogno di assumere vigili, esercito o poliziotti in più (quanto altro tempo dobbiamo attendere?), ma di mettere in atto un urgente e serio programma d’intervento nelle periferie, scuole, parrocchie, consultori, ambulatori, stadi e centri di aggregazione. In altri termini ripensare al controllo del territorio con una visione di prevenzione e tutela ex ante/ex post.

Donne, ragazze, giovani, coesione sociale, integrazione, cittadinanza positiva  e dialogo tra comunità o tra le religioni sono in serio pericolo.
Ed è bene non far finta di nulla sperando che passato il momento tutto ritorna come prima. Non è così e ormai i campanelli d’allarme sono parecchi.”
